Fault phenomenon

When the cutter of the paper cutter cuts the paper, the lower knife is weak, and the friction disc of the hydraulic friction disc and the V-belt pulley is not tightly combined, and the cutter bed will tremble when the knife is under no-load, and also emits a sound. At first the equipment could barely run, and then it could not work at all.

Troubleshooting

According to the sound of the sound from the equipment, the author first measured the pressure of the main oil pump and the auxiliary oil pump at the hydraulic no-load, and the pressure was normal. Therefore, the author thinks that there is no problem with the hydraulic pressure.

After checking the data, it may be judged that the four bearings on the worm gear shaft in the clutch cylinder are damaged. Then, the author removed the four bearings one by one and found that there were no iron filings on the bearing surface and no signs of wear.

However, in order to be on the safe side, the four bearings were replaced with new ones, and a new oil seal was replaced to prevent the oil seal from being worn and oil leakage during hydraulic pressure, resulting in insufficient hydraulic pressure. After the replacement, the test was started again, and the result did not improve. When the knife bed was working, the clutch friction disc and the friction disc still had a sound, and the knife under the no-load was still shaking.

After consulting the experts, it is known that the friction plate on the V-belt pulley is worn out, and the gap between the friction plate and the friction plate is increased, so that the slipping phenomenon occurs due to the tightness of the bite during operation, and a sound is generated, thereby causing the cut. The paper machine is not working properly. Therefore, the author put a 3mm iron plate under the triangular pulley friction plate to increase the friction between the clutch friction disk and the friction plate. After booting up, the device still showed no signs of improvement.

Where is the problem? The author calmed down and observed carefully. It was found that the fault phenomenon was caused by the combination of the friction plates of the clutch friction disc and the V-belt pulley, which made it impossible to drive the knife under the knife to make a sound.

Therefore, the author thinks that although the hydraulic no-load pressure measurement values ​​of the main oil pump and the auxiliary oil pump are normal during the inspection process, when the cutter bed is being cut, the change of the hydraulic pressure drop is not tested, and this is Very critical. Therefore, the author checked whether the rotation of the double-leaf pump driven by the V-belt of the motor (located outside the cylinder at the bottom of the base) is normal when the equipment is running at no load, the paper is not pressed, and the cutter is not cutting the paper. shows normal.
