Feature:

 For fully automatic roll cutting machine :

1. Machine with PLC control and color touch screen , machine fully automatic 

2. Customer can set 10 differents types of cutting width and angle of cutting. 

3. Cutter with servo-motor control, apply  for different material roll, also machine cutter forward stablly     and smoothly.

4. Cutter and the main shaft adpots AC motor.  The high precision ball screw work with servo motor and     the straight liner slide rail, machine running smoothly and cutting the material with high precision.

For Semi Automatic roll cutting machine :

1. With round blade, pneumatic cutter forward and return, the finished roll with smooth cutting                surface. 

2. Machine with digital system , the cutting width will display on it , improve the accuracy of cutting.

1. Warranty period
First half year warranty will be provided for all electrical element of new  sold machines one year warranty for all mechanical parts (under warranty free replacement parts are available),on-line service will offer in 24 hours at anytime. Free spare parts will be provided for not-consumable parts, e.g. roller, or not caused by improper use, when under warranty period.
2.  Maintenance
All machines must be placed indoor, and cannot be under high temperature working environment. Air-conditioned set up would be favoured.
3.  Initial Machine Startup Installation
All machines are in good testing before delivery,once you got the machine,only connect the air compressor and choose language in English. Then you can set up speed and tempreture up to your requirement.
4. Machine Repairing
We can provide on-line service for machine repairing .
