1 The practice of equipment maintenance management

Newspaper printing equipment is produced 365 days a year, and the production is highly time-sensitive. It is the central task of equipment management to ensure that the printing presses will not stop production and increase equipment utilization. For newspaper printers, it is difficult to shut down for several hours every day and organize regular overhauls. In practice, a real-time maintenance equipment management model is usually implemented. Since the equipment cannot be repaired and repaired regularly, once the equipment is damaged, the production will inevitably be stopped, resulting in that the newspaper of the day cannot be published on time. In order to break this situation, some newspapers have also adopted equipment configuration larger than the production capacity, and carried out equipment maintenance by means of equipment rotation. However, in underdeveloped provinces, investing tens of millions of yuan to buy equipment for backup is almost inoperable. In order to solve this problem, we have made some attempts in real-time equipment maintenance and planned maintenance management. We first classified the conditions that caused equipment downtime.

The first kind of situation is the overheating damage caused by poor electrical ventilation; the second kind of situation is the poor mechanical lubrication and overload damage to the parts; the third kind of situation is the improper operation of the operator to damage the equipment.

We carry out targeted management of the above three types of problems, and assign positions to people for maintenance. Main motors and other heavily polluted parts are maintained on average every 7 days, and equipment networks, computers, etc. are maintained on average every 20 days. Equipment lubricants purchase brand products in a unified manner, arrange for special personnel to manage, and record the replacement. Operators are required to standardize operating procedures, strictly implement ISO 9000 specifications, and often communicate with production management departments. 2 The practice of parts maintenance

With domestic technological progress, chip-level maintenance is no longer a problem. General electrical accessories have been replaced by modification. Special electrical accessories are repaired in cooperation with domestic manufacturers, which saves a lot of capital for purchasing original accessories.

3 The practice of spare parts inventory management

In recent years, by optimizing parts inventory management, that is, classified management of parts, some achievements have been made. While ensuring normal maintenance of equipment, it has also reduced parts inventory. One of them is the necessary accessories for the operation of the equipment. Such accessories are worth less than 100,000 yuan to establish inventory, and accessories with a value of more than 100,000 yuan are managed as independent equipment and shared with domestic counterparts. The other category of accessories is accessories that can be used for emergency use through technology, and no inventory is established.

4 The practice of small changes in equipment maintenance

In the maintenance of equipment, doing some small changes and small changes will play a role of four or two pounds. Here are a few typical cases for your reference.

1) The original design of the driving part of the plate-making lamp of the Tianma plate-making machine made in Germany uses a computer board to directly drive the contactor. Under long-term working conditions, the contactless switch on the computer board is easy to damage. Improvement method: adding a level of small power relay to solve the problem of easy damage to the computer board.

2) The auxiliary contacts of large contactors are easily damaged. Improvement method: replace the function of auxiliary contact by adding one level of low power relay.

3) The Roland 60 folding machine and the upper corner transmission gear box on the triangular plate, the horizontal shaft is not designed with a bearing clearance adjustment structure, and the improvement method is to process and install the bearing end clearance adjustment nut, and the domestic bearing can be used instead of the imported bearing. 5 Matters needing attention in operation

1) Multi-paper tape printing tension adjustment

Newspaper printing is colorized, multiple editions are printed at one time, and the paper tape segmentation control has become the basic form of the press configuration. However, the paper tape deformation error, the difference between the ink and ink balance, the Infeed mechanism (front tension mechanism) and Outfeed (back tension mechanism) ) Differences in mechanism adjustment efficiency will cause multi-paper path tension errors.

Each paper belt of the printing machine produced by multiple paper paths is equipped with an Infeed mechanism and an Outfeed mechanism, and the pre-adjusted speed difference compensation should be the same. When more than two paper tapes share the Outfeed mechanism (common for shaft printing machines), the compensation value of the paper path pre-adjustment Infeed mechanism of the paper path should be greater than the Infeed compensation value of the relatively short paper path some.

Question 1: Adjust the compensation value of the Infeed mechanism and Outfeed mechanism, the tension of the paper tape has not changed. Check the Infeed mechanism and Outfeed mechanism paper rollers for ink accumulation, coupling gaps, Infeed mechanism and Outfeed adjustment mechanism are damaged. When the above situation is intact, you can try to reduce the tension of other paper tapes.

Question 2: The motor driver of the Outfeed mechanism of the shaftless printing press is overheated, indicating that the drive motor is accelerated by the paper tape. Check whether the power dissipation resistance of the drive is damaged, increase the compensation value of the Outfeed mechanism, and increase the compensation value of the Infeed mechanism of the relevant paper tape.

Question 3: Adjust the compensation values ​​of the Infeed mechanism and Outfeed mechanism, and the tension of the paper tape has not changed (with accident). Check the deformation of the used paper roll, adjust the position of the paper roll, and install the paper roll with large deformation on the paper feeder with a short paper path. Or try to use the same brand of paper for simultaneous printing.

It should be noted that with a shaftless drive printing machine, Infeed and Outfeed are controlled by separate motors. When printing on multiple paper paths, if the difference in tape tension adjustment is too large and the tape speed is greater than the linear speed of the drive roller, there will be tape drag Drive the motor and the inverter shows overheating protection. 2) Adjustment of folding machine

The reliability of the folding machine operation directly affects the production efficiency of the printing press. Different folding machines have very different failure modes. Here are some common problems.

Fault 1: The folding machine stores paper, and the cutting head moves irregularly.
Cause: The tension of the tape is too small, the speed of the tape is faster than the speed of the folding machine, and the storage of paper occurs mostly at the pulling roller above the cutting drum. When multiple sheets are printed, the storage of paper occurs mostly at the paper path collection point.
Solution: Adjust the tension of the paper tape to meet the needs of paper feeding. Check whether Infeed and Outfeed pull paper evenly and whether the mechanism is damaged.

Fault 2: Folding is under folding.
Cause: Improper adjustment of the under-folding mechanism. The cutting drum is displaced.
Solution: readjust the under-deflection adjustment mechanism. Adjust the position of the cutting drum. For a folding machine with an under-folding adjustment mechanism, return the adjustment mechanism to zero first.

Fault 3: Fly through pages.
Cause: The second fold is not accurate.
Solution: Check whether the cutter is intact and replace the cutter if there is a problem. Adjust the paper transfer auxiliary mechanism. Adjust the position of the take-up wheel.

Fault 4: The slitting edge is irregular.
Cause: There are windings in the cutter groove, and the cutter is damaged or worn.
Solution: replace the new knife and clean the winding.

Fault 5: After the first fold slitting, enter the triangle board, the paper is pulled back, or deviation.
Cause: The tension of the paper tape is too large.
Solution: Adjust the tension of the paper tape properly and adjust the triangle guide mechanism.

Fault 6: The vertical folding page is not correct. For example: Folding opportunity of Sanner series.
Cause: The paper tape is not in the center of the set square.
Solution: Check the center of the equipment and adjust the upper center of the triangle plate appropriately.

Fault 7: Folding needles and folding ball racks with page storage function are frequently damaged.
Cause: The page storage cam is damaged.
