A large corrugated paper die cutting machine mainly used for packaging and decorating industrial cartons, cartons, and trademark stamping cuts was recently successfully developed at Hebei Yutian County Jinwei Da Printing and Packaging Machinery Factory.

According to reports, the maximum width of the die-feeding machine is 1450mm. The machine realizes automation from paper feeding, die cutting to paper collection, automatic counting, automatic fault display, and automatic non-stop sampling system. The use of man-machine interface makes it easy to implement man-machine conversations. It is simpler and more convenient to operate, and has the advantages of large die-cutting pressure, high register accuracy, ease of use, and safety and reliability.

The newly-developed die-cutting machine has made the following improvements in some technical issues: First, it adopts the form of paper feeding under the paper, and can continuously feed paper without stopping the machine; second, it uses servomotors to make paper. The conveying speed is automatically reduced to ensure that the edges of the paper are not damaged by the impact. In addition, in order to ensure the stable performance of the whole machine, the key components of the equipment are selected the best or imported products in China.
