On April 27, the company sent the whitish wooden blocks sawn from the rosewood strip to the National Furniture and Indoor Environmental Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for testing. On May 20, the inspection conclusion was issued: According to GB/T18107-2000 "Redwood" 》 and GB/T18513-2001 "China's main imported wood name" standard test, the material can not be called red sandalwood.

A piece of wood was sent for inspection along with the white wooden block on the rosewood strip. It was derived from the red sandalwood bookcase purchased at the same time. The inspection conclusion also showed that the wooden block was not a red sandalwood species.
