According to surveys, about 1.3 million tons of waste paper produced in Shanghai each year is basically recovered. Most of them were sent to the field for the production of low-grade recycled paper. Countermeasure 3: Improve Technology

Most of the domestically-made recycled office papers on the market are made from 80% waste pulp and 20% wood pulp.
