The key technology of digital printing - laser technology

<

With the continuous development of digital printing technology, lasers are playing an increasingly important role in digital printing. Lasers are used in digital printing to improve product quality and speed, bringing significant social and economic benefits. In particular, laser technology is particularly critical for CTP (Computer to Plate). The following describes the laser technology from three aspects of the composition of the electromagnetic spectrum laser and the type of the laser.

Lasers are generally single-wavelength light and the light we usually see is composed of many lights with different wavelengths. The term LASER is actually an abbreviation of "LightAmpli Quantities byStimulatedEmissiono Quantity Radiation". Lasers are coherent, single-frequency, and directional. This means that the laser photon emission is coordinated, just a certain color of light. The laser just advances along a light beam (normal light is released in many directions). The laser is focused by a concave lens to form a single light beam that is focused on the target.

Electromagnetic spectrum
The light (visible spectrum) seen by humans is only a small part of the electromagnetic spectrum. From the gamma ray with the minimum wavelength to the radio wave with the longest wavelength fall within the spectral range. The shorter the wavelength, the higher the energy. Gamma rays are as small as an atomic nucleus, but they have enormous energy. However, long-wave radio waves have little energy. The electromagnetic spectrum from long wave to short wave includes Radio Waves, Microwaves, In Raded, Visible Light, and Ultraviolet X-rays Gamma Rays.

Many types of laser light have been produced that emit different wavelengths of light. The part of the electromagnetic spectrum used by the laser can be expressed in nanometers (nm). The 1 nanometer is one billionth of a nanometre. The larger the number, the longer the wavelength.

2. The composition of the laser
All lasers have three basic components: pump source, laser media, and resonator. Pump source: A device that provides energy to the laser.

Laser media: Can absorb energy from the pump source and emit laser energy again. a Resonator: Can amplify the laser beam to produce a laser beam.

3. The type of laser
Lasers generally use the type of laser medium to describe the distinction.

In addition to being a cheap storage tool, the paper box as packaging is largely based on its exquisite styling and decoration to beauty the goods and increase the competitiveness of the goods. Since the shape and structural design of the paper box are determined by the outer shape of the packaged goods, the form of the paper box is also varied. Such as the paper box packaging of plastic gift box, the paper box packaging of Plastic Storage Box, the paper box packaging of plastic Jewelry Box and so on.

Our team has a lot of development experience in the design and application of paper box, so according to the different design requirements of our customers, we can provide customized services for our customers.
