Tension control is the core of the whole machine control. In the case of unwinding, when the braking torque is constant, the diameter decreases, and the tension increases accordingly. Rewinding is the opposite. If the winding torque is constant, as the winding diameter increases, the tension will decrease. This is determined by the inherent characteristics of the printing press, and is also the main factor causing the change in the tension of the aluminum foil.

Second, the unevenness of the quality of the aluminum foil material affects the change in tension, such as the fluctuation of the elastic modulus of the material, the thickness of the material changes along the width and length, the eccentricity of the material roll, and the heating level will give the whole machine Tension has a subtle effect.

Thirdly, during the process of material change or material breakage, the printing machine will suddenly cause the already stable tension of the whole machine to interfere with changes. The higher the running speed of the equipment, the greater the interference, the large change in tension and the poor stability. It should be automatically adjusted randomly according to the tension interference of the material belt to restore the tension to the original stable state in time. In overprinting, the printing web must be moderately tensioned when it is conveyed. If the tension is too small, the web at the detection location is prone to jitter, affecting the accuracy of the overprinting. The tension must be constant to ensure constant instantaneous linear speed and require the main motor to run It should be stable, not fast and slow, and not vibrate, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of overprinting.
