8.4 Standardized operation of the gas circuit

The standardized operation of the gas circuit is to ensure that the gas circuit is unobstructed and is always in an effective working state. First, ensure that the nozzle part is unobstructed. If the nozzle part is clogged, it should be cleaned in time; if it is leaking on both sides of the nozzle, the nozzle should be replaced; if it is insufficient, the rubber potential can be increased and the suction valve (including the Suction valve on the air pump and Feida). Secondly, ensure that the suction pipe is unobstructed. The suction pipe has a tendency to shrink due to compression, which requires that the expansion spring in the suction pipe should always be in working condition. The joints at both ends of the suction pipe should be connected reliably to prevent air leakage. Clean the filter regularly, generally best once a week.

The air pump is an energy conversion component that realizes the suction and blowing of the air path, so it has high requirements on its working state. The vacuum of the air pump should not be too high. It should not be too low, generally should be controlled at about 0.5 atmospheres (4.9X104Pa). If you find that the air intake of the air pump is insufficient, you can block the air supply nozzle on the air pump (but it is usually not appropriate to do so). The air system should not be covered with paper or other debris. If possible, try to keep it in a fixed position, slightly away from the machine. In addition, it should not be placed near the heat source.

The suction pipe of the air pump must be smooth, and the shorter the better, the joints of the pipes should be sealed, and often checked by hand at the connection site. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired in time. The blown air must be clean. If it contains oil mist, it will affect the quality of the print. Therefore, the oil filter should be checked regularly, and if it has failed, it should be replaced.

The flow rate of the air pump is constant (driven by the motor alone). When the speed of the machine is low, the air supply is sufficient. When the speed is increased, the air supply becomes tight. Some equipment often has a situation where the paper cannot be separated at high speed. Therefore, when choosing an air pump, you must carefully consider the matching relationship between its flow rate and machine speed. At present, for the machines below 10,000 prints (per hour), the air pump flow rate of the paper feeding part is 60m3 / hr, and the hour of the paper collecting part is 40m3 / hr. The flow rate of the gas system can be detected by a flowmeter.
