What kind of talent is missing in the 3D printing industry? You know?

As we all know, as a strategic emerging industry, 3D printing has attracted great attention from the global industry. The major developed countries in the world have increased their support for R & D and technology transfer. China has also included it in one of the key strategic industries for development . In the recently issued “Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the“ Thirteenth Five-Year ”National Strategic Emerging Industry Development Plan” issued by the State Council, the focus is on planning to build and improve the 3D printing (additive manufacturing) industry chain.

What kind of talent is missing in the 3D printing industry? You know?

In terms of perfecting the industrial chain, the "13th Five-Year Plan" emphasizes the breakthrough of special materials for additive manufacturing such as titanium alloys, high-strength alloy steels, high-temperature alloys, and high-temperature resistant high-strength engineering plastics. Build an additive manufacturing process technology research and development platform to improve the process technology level. Develop and promote mainstream additive manufacturing process equipment driven by laser, electron beam, ion beam and other energy sources. Accelerate the development of high-power fiber lasers, scanning galvanometers, dynamic focusing mirrors and high-performance electron guns and other supporting core devices and embedded software systems, enhance the ability of software and hardware collaborative innovation, and establish an additive manufacturing standard system. In the fields of aerospace, medical equipment, transportation equipment, cultural creativity, and personalized manufacturing, we will vigorously promote the application of additive manufacturing technologies and accelerate the development of additive manufacturing services.

The rapid development of the domestic 3D printing industry

China's additive manufacturing research started in the mid-1990s, mainly focusing on independent development of technology and equipment software. In recent years, under the global "3D printing" wave, the domestic 3D printing industry has entered a period of rapid development. With the vigorous support of the government, a large number of 3D printing industrial bases and parks have emerged across the country, showing a rapid growth overall.

At present, there are nearly 200 domestic enterprises engaged in 3D printing, 70% of which are concentrated in the field of desktop printing, and there are 40-50 enterprises engaged in the production and R & D of industrial printers, 30 enterprises engaged in metal printing, and enterprises engaged in biological printing There are about ten companies, and there are about twenty or thirty companies engaged in printing materials. In terms of the number of enterprises, it is already comparable to that of foreign companies. However, there is still a big gap in terms of overall strength.

After experiencing rapid growth for several years, the domestic 3D printing industry ushered in a period of staged adjustment in 2016, and the performance of traditional incumbent companies declined severely, mainly due to insufficient innovation and homogeneous competition. On the other hand, metal 3D printing has become a bright spot, and it was extremely popular in 2016, and it is expected to continue to grow in 2017.

3D printing talent training needs to be improved

Although the development speed of China's 3D printing industry is gratifying, there is still a big gap compared with developed countries. Insufficient original technology, small industrial scale, and inadequate industrial chain have become important factors restricting the further development of the domestic 3D printing industry. In addition, the issue of professional training cannot be ignored.

3D printing is a comprehensive industry, involving multiple disciplines such as machinery, electrical, materials, optoelectronics, software and modeling, and requires professional personnel skills training. To this end, China is gradually strengthening the training of 3D printing practitioners to provide guarantee for the improvement of the industrial chain. Professor of Nanjing Normal University, director of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of 3D Printing Equipment and Manufacturing, and Dr. Yang Jiquan, Chairman of Nanjing 3D Printing Society will hold the "OFweek2017 China 3D Printing Technology Industry Conference" in Shanghai on March 7, 2017 Under the "Made in China 2025" planning layout, 3D printing requires talent training models and skills requirements.

Hand Crank Standing Desk

The hand crank Standing Desk is to rotate the gear through the hand rocker, and then drive the lifting spindle to rise and fall to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height of the desk and chair

advantage:1. Low price, high cost performance 2. No need to power on, no refueling, good safety 3. Gear work, not easy to cause problems, long service life, low noise

Disadvantages:1. Slow lifting speed 2. The load is not as good as electric
