Abstract: The stratification of the cover film, that is, the composite fastness of the cover film is low, which will seriously affect the shelf life and edible performance of the lactic acid bacteria beverage. In this paper, Labthink XLW (EC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine is used to test the peeling strength of the cover film of aluminum-plastic composite film used for lactic acid bacteria beverage, and the test process, test principle and equipment parameters are introduced. 4.1 Principle of the test

The fixture of the device is divided into upper and lower two, the upper clamp can be moved according to the preset speed, and the lower clamp remains fixed. During the test, the two ends of the sample are clamped in the upper and lower clamps respectively. With the movement of the upper clamp, the sample is peeled, stretched or torn, and the force and displacement changes caused by the change of the sample. 5. Test process

(1) Cut 5 specimens each with a width of 15 mm and a length of 200 mm along the transverse and longitudinal directions of the sample.

(2) Both ends of the width direction of each sample are manually peeled off by 50 mm in advance.

(3) The two ends of the sample stripping portion are respectively clamped in the upper and lower jigs of the device, and the longitudinal axis of the sample stripping portion coincides with the center line of the upper and lower jigs.

(4) Set the parameter information such as test speed and sample width, click the test option, and the test starts.

(5) The equipment automatically detects the change in the force value during the test, and calculates and displays the final peel strength value of the sample based on the detected data.

6. Test results

The arithmetic mean of the transverse peel strength of the samples tested herein was 3.145 N/15 mm, and the arithmetic mean of the longitudinal peel strength was 4.235 N/15 mm.
