For a long time, the printing inks on the surface of composite packaging bags in China are mainly benzene-soluble gravure composite plastic film inks. Due to the release or residue of toluene, there is a certain potential harm to the environment and production as well as human health. To this end, research and development at home and abroad are using non-benzene-soluble composite plastic film inks. However, because the ink is mainly composed of polyurethane or PVB resin, and ethanol is the main solvent, the cost is too high, the scope of printing is narrow, and the use of the ink is limited. The new generation of non-alcohol-soluble green ink is alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose and other advanced resins and non-toxic pigments, anhydrous ethanol mixture, mainly used for high-speed gravure printing. The product has the characteristics of no benzene, low cost, wide printing range, ideal printing effect and composite strength, etc. It is an environment-friendly fine chemical new product that meets the international food packaging bag standards, and has broad application and promotion prospects.
