First, prepress

Second, printing

1. Check the flatness of the platform and the strength of the suction. Adjust the distance between the screen and the platform. The distance between the screen and the platform is about 5-10mm. Adjust the distance from the network.

The pattern size of UV wrinkle ink in printing is related to the printing speed. The printing speed is fast and the pattern is small. On the contrary, the pattern is large. UV light solid requires light curing machine to install the crumpling device, the light source is 20-40WUV light, the power is between 60-100W, the distance between the UV crumpling device and the UV light solid light is not less than 1.2 meters, otherwise, The printed product was not UV wrinkle and was not wrinkled by the UV crease device. The pattern could not be drawn and the wrinkle could not be achieved. The power of the UV light-solid lamp is not less than 3KW, and the speed of the conveyor belt depends on the light-curing effect of printing, generally between 18-25m/min. The power of the UV creping device and the distance from the conveyor belt directly affect the pattern of the product. The power of the UV crease lamp is large, and the speed of the conveyor belt is faster. On the contrary, the power of the UV crease lamp is small, and the speed of the conveyor belt is slow. The pattern also has different changes. The specific requirements depend on the printing speed, the power of the UV crumpled lamp, the power and distance of the UV crumpled lamp and the UV light fixture, and the speed of the conveyor, depending on the requirements of the printed product.
