That’s why we’ve made significant investments in our Coventry warehouse. These improvements are part of a broader strategy to enhance productivity, improve working conditions, and ensure we continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Health and safety remain a top priority, especially in busy environments where the risk of accidents is higher. While overall workplace injury rates have declined over the past two decades, recent trends suggest there's still room for improvement. That’s why we're committed to creating a safer and more efficient working environment for all our employees.

One of the latest additions to our facility is a new dock leveller. This innovative equipment helps bridge the gap between the loading bay and the truck Bed, making the process of loading and unloading goods much smoother and more efficient. It not only improves safety but also reduces the time required for each operation, helping us meet rising delivery demands.

In addition to this, we’re expanding our site on Torrington Avenue. This move reflects our long-term vision for growth and our commitment to the local community. We’ve acquired adjacent commercial properties and are making strategic changes throughout our warehouse to support our ongoing expansion plans.

The expansion isn’t limited to one location. Across our UK-wide network, our branch divisions are also looking to grow. As part of this, we're creating 32 new job opportunities across various departments, including warehousing, IT, marketing, sales, and customer service. These roles are vital to supporting our future success and ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our customers.
