By using KraussMaffei's technology, not only the uniform thickness of the barrier film and the overall wall thickness of the rectangular container, but also the uniform distribution of the rotationally symmetrical film on the edge of the container is achieved. In order to cope with the high-speed cycle of the injection molding machine, KraussMaffei is also equipped with its CB H1 high-speed pick-up robot. This compact and extremely fast pick-up system is fixed on the fixed platen of the injection molding machine due to its vertical rotation. So that it can enter the mold from the side of the machine.
