Type inspection Type inspection of high and low temperature test chamber inspection rules In one of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out: a. New product trial type identification; b. When the old product is transferred to the factory for production; c. When the formally produced products have major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; d. When the product is discontinued for more than one year and then reproduced; e. Periodic random inspection at least once every two years during product mass production. Extraction and assessment rules For batch production test boxes, 2 samples are selected when the batch number is more than 20, and 1 sample is selected when the batch number is less than 20. The type inspection items of the sampling samples should be all qualified, otherwise the unqualified items will be double-checked; when the second sampling test is all qualified, only the first unqualified items will be returned for repair. If one unit is not qualified, the batch of products will be judged unqualified; if all the samples from the second sampling are qualified, the batch of products will be judged qualified.
