If the color-matching patterns are placed side by side, the direction of the printing plate on the machine should be consistent with the direction of ink transfer; if it is The upper and lower positions are combined with each other. The direction of the printing plate on the machine should be in a cross shape with the direction of ink transfer. There are multiple block printing in the printing house, all printing plates should be in this direction. Because the inks of different colors must be discharged side by side in the ink fountain, the purpose of color matching printing can only be achieved if the printing plate is adapted to this objective condition.

When printing, you can combine two small ink fountains into one. For example, the four printing plates are combined into a rectangular printing plate, each of which occupies a corner, and is divided into two pairs to be joined together in a head-to-head manner. In this way, one ink stopper can be used during printing. The ink fountain is cut into three sections, and the ink is placed in the form of deep-shallow and shallow-deep. If the printing plates are put together in the same direction, the ink fountain should be divided into 4 sections, and the ink loading format is: deep-light-deep-light. In this way, not only an additional ink baffle is used, but it is also not conducive to the placement of ink and the mixing of ink. If printing with the second edition, you can also put the two editions on the same printing position as the half of the fourth edition. This not only saves an ink baffle, but also makes the blending effect of the two versions consistent. In order to facilitate printing, the printed sheet can be cut into four sheets of paper area and printed in reverse.
