Among these, the glued linkage line stands out as one of the most advanced systems in the industry. It can automatically perform tasks such as matching, binding, slitting, stacking, and three-side cutting. With high speed, efficiency, and full automation, it represents a key innovation in the post-press sector. Recently, it has gained significant attention from printing companies and is now a major investment area for many enterprises. Wei Yu: CABS4000V Plastic Binding Line
The CABS4000V is a newly developed digital glued linkage system designed for flexible production. It adjusts the glue unit settings automatically based on real-time production data, eliminating the need for manual input. This makes it ideal for short-run productions. Key features include: 1) Signature/job-based production, allowing each job to be handled independently for better planning and control. 2) Variable size finishing—books of the same size can be transformed into different finished sizes by scanning individual barcodes. 3) Job tracking via a barcode verification system that checks the order of signatures, book block integrity, cover alignment, and final product quality. 4) Workflow integration with prepress systems, where the pXnet binder control system receives JDF data to automate the binding process. 5) Quick setup for variable-sized and variable-thickness web production, ensuring efficient and flexible operation.

Shanghai Ziguang: ZXJD450/16 Paperback Staple Automatic Line
The ZXJD450/16 automatic line, showcased by Shanghai Ziguang, is a medium-sized paperback binding machine that combines the company’s mature ZXJD450/25 model with foreign advanced technology. It offers easy adjustment, stable performance, and an affordable price, making it suitable for mid-volume, short-term paperback book production. The system includes a collating unit and a flat binding machine, and can also be equipped with a slitting machine, three-sided cutter, and various conveyors. It supports automatic collating, multi-post rejection, milling, slotting, brushing, backing, gluing, covering, and cutting. Its dual-use design allows it to operate both as part of a linked system or independently. After locking the spine, the book block directly enters the binding machine's cover, and the collating unit can also work separately.

Shanghai Zihong: ZHJL50 Hardcover Book Linkage Line
The ZHJL50 hardcover book linkage line, presented by Shanghai Zihong, is used for rounding, creasing, backing (including adhesive backing, paper backing, and cloth backing), applying hard covers, and flattening and grooving the book. It can handle book blocks up to 360mm × 270mm and as small as 125mm × 100mm. The maximum book case size is 375mm × 630mm, and the minimum is 125mm × 210mm. The book block thickness ranges from 6mm to 70mm, and the machine operates at a top speed of 36 units per minute.

Yinghou Machinery: Develop 5500A Full Servo Glued Linkage Line
Yinghou Machinery introduced the 5500A full servo glued linkage line, an upgraded version of its flagship 5500 model. It features 21 fully servo-controlled points, enabling rapid size adjustments within 5 minutes. This flexibility supports quick order changes. The system includes a 10-inch color touch screen for intuitive parameter settings, a solid cast base for stability during high-speed operation, and a wide rail design for smooth and fast performance. It uses a movable adhesive device with double-coated rubber wheels for precise glue application. When connected to a three-sided cutting machine, it forms a complete plastic binding line. It also features a fish-scale-style cover mechanism and a 1.5-meter-long conveying platform.
