Inspection system
The CVT Slitec(tm) system uses several images to examine small particles in the container, all of which are independent of one another. According to reports, it does not need to move the camera and lighting system, and it is used to check the maximum time for each container. The device splits the area of ​​view reached by the camera into a plurality of virtual cameras, which take pictures for each individual container several times. After the container under inspection passes over these camera points, the system performs particle identification to isolate the container that failed the inspection. By combining two independent inspection locations with automatic recirculation features, this system minimizes the false detection rate (FRR). In this way, those containers that were considered problematic in the first two inspection positions will receive an instant full automatic re-inspection. The system can also be used to inspect cracks and scratches on the container, the color of the lid, and several other user-specified characteristics.
