Printing ink adhesive volatile poison qualitative and testing (on)

<

Use a lot of inks and adhesives in the printing industry. The chemical composition of inks and adhesives is complex. Among them, volatile toxic substances can cause occupational diseases. Qualitative analysis of the types of toxic substances that can be volatilized in inks and adhesives to identify the main toxic substances that can be volatilized in inks and adhesives. This may be more targeted in the monitoring of workplace toxicants and occupational hazard assessment. Targeted.

1 Materials and Methods

1.1 Inks and Adhesives The inks used are Tianjin Jingying brand printing ink and Taiyuan Offset web printing ink. The adhesive is 7013 adhesive.

1.2 Analytical instruments Japan Shimadzu gas chromatography mass spectrometer (QP5050AGC-MS) and GC-9A gas chromatograph.

1.3 Qualitative Analysis Method of Ink and Adhesive Using Solid-Phase Microextraction (SPME) to Absorb 150ml Bottled Tianjin Jingying Brand Ink, 7013 Glue, and Taiyuan Offset Printing Ink Above Volatile Gas at Room Temperature (24°C) in QP5050AGC-MS The qualitative analysis was performed and the total ion chromatogram of the mass spectrometer was plotted, indicating the major volatile toxic substances detected.

1.4 Workplace sample collection and analysis The production process of the culture and education printing factory and the youth printing factory was investigated. The corresponding toxic substances in the air of the workplace using printing ink and adhesive were coated with active carbon tubes. The GC-9A gas phase was used for sampling. Chromatograph detection. Analyze the list of test results and charts, and compare them with the Occupational Health Standard, Occupational Exposure Limits for Harmful Factors in the Workplace.

2 results

2.1 C-MS qualitative results

2.1.1 Tianjin Jingying brand printing ink is mainly volatile toxic substances. The toxic substance of this ink is 2-butanone, in addition to isopropyl alcohol, xylene and 2-butanone oxime. The mass spectrometric total ion chromatogram is shown in Fig. 1. There are 4 peaks from left to right, of which the 2nd peak has the largest area, 2-butanone.

2.1.2 7013 Glue is a major volatile toxic substance The rubber toxic substance is vinyl acetate. The mass spectrometric total ion chromatogram is shown in Figure 2.

2.1.3 Taiyuan Offset Printing Printing Ink This ink does not detect volatile toxic substances. The mass spectrometric total ion chromatogram is shown in Figure 3.
