The choice of adhesive resin is an important point to be considered in the formulation of EVOH co-extruded black and white film formulations. Improperly selected adhesive resin will cause insufficient adhesion and delamination of EVOH , and may also cause water ripples. Compared with pure PE black and white films, the barrier properties of EVOH co-extruded black and white films have been greatly improved. Therefore, it is commonly used in summer and autumn when the temperature is high. Roof bag The roof package is named after its inclined design resembling a roof at the top. The milk packaging has a beautiful appearance, good shelf display effect, and is easy to open. The packaging material structure is simple, generally PE coated cardboard. Only because the processing temperature of the PE coating process is high, it is necessary to select the production of the coating PE with low odor . Since there is no barrier, the roof bag is only suitable for pasteurized milk that needs to be refrigerated. Tetra Pak Tetra Pak is a rapidly developing form of milk packaging in recent years. It is a paper aluminum-plastic composite structure packaging invented by Tetra Pak. According to the shape, it can be subdivided into Tetra Pak pillow, Tetra Pak brick, Tetra Pak drill, etc. Due to the expiration of Tetra Pak's patent, a large number of domestic Tetra Pak manufacturers have emerged in China in recent years. But in general, the paper thickness of Combibloc is thicker, and due to different heat sealing methods, Combibloc has different requirements for heat sealing PE . The heat sealing of Kangmeibao is achieved by blowing hot air on the hot cover, so the low temperature opening performance of the heat sealing layer is higher. Therefore, the heat-sealing PE of Combibloc generally needs polyolefin plastomer to meet the requirements.
