Such high-power spindles can be generally classified into brushless high-speed AC motors and brushed AC motors according to the characteristics of the motor. The main differences are:

A, brushless frequency conversion motor speed, transmission range of 7000 ~ 60000 rev / min, while the general brush AC motor maximum speed does not exceed 24,000 rev / min;

B. Brushless frequency conversion motor has high rotation accuracy, small wear, low noise, and much lower noise than brushed AC motor;

C. The brushless frequency conversion motor has good stalling characteristics. Because there is a special current limiting circuit on the inverter, short-time blocking will not burn the motor, and the brushed AC will smoke soon when it is overloaded or locked down. Burned, and not repairable;
